We are moving to Georgia and have many pets including a horse. We have to move soon and may not have our house here in WV sold. We may have to rent it, therefore we would not qualify for a loan right away to buy a house. We need owner financed house on land. We can afford about $5000 down and up to $800 a month. Please help.
