I provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy for adults, adolescents, and children (age 6 and up). With 30 years of experience, I work collaboratively to quickly assess and identify strengths, as well as problems. From the first session, I offer suggestions, strategies, and/or psychoeducational resources as a starting point toward solutions. Utilizing an eclectic orientation allows me to tailor treatment to individual needs. I draw primarily, but not entirely, from cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused approaches.
