Arc Ridge covers 415 acres of plush East Texas terrain. The ranch has been declared an wild life sanctuary and the marsh land on the ranch is the winter refuge for numerous species of birds. There are three bodies of water on the property, a 25 acre lake, a beaver pond and the marshes. None of the timbers have ever been harvested, there are 7 miles of nature trails and a 15 acre field dedicated to the growth of wildflowers indigenous to East Texas. Species of flowers not found in any other part of Van Zandt County have been identified on Arc Ridge.
